14-Day Return Policy

At Halotails, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Return Window: The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Start by reaching out through the support section on our website with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

  • Inspection: After receiving your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item promptly after receiving the returned product.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including covering the return shipping costs.

We encourage thoughtful shopping to reduce returns and minimize our environmental impact. If a return is necessary, please reuse the original packaging whenever possible.
