14-Day Return Policy
At Halotails, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Return Window: The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Start by reaching out through the support section on our website with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Process
- Inspection: After receiving your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item promptly after receiving the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items
